I have a couple of sick chicks. They are 7 weeks old. Symptoms are watery eyes they are crusted shut in the morning. 1 is active with a good appetite. The other is very lethargic. 1 has a crusty substance around her beak. I bought the only antibiotic they had at my TSC - Oxytetracycline Injection 200. Can I use this for my chicks? Is it possible to mix it in their water or does it have to be injected? What dosage? Appreciate any advice I can get. I'm new at this!
