Love them roasted over the fire

So yummy, as a kid we would pick them off the beach and eat them. Even my young kids beg for more.

Cooked with spinach, cream, butter, herbs, parmesan cheese, cracker crumbs on top. I used to make little bitty Oysters Rockefeller cups for New Year's, haven't done that in a while...
