PA Certified and Licensed Poultry Technician

So, I wondering what the deal is here, with PA.
I think they run the course at New Bolton in Kennet Square, PA.
I've emailed at least 3 people with no replies. I think people in PA do it to do their own flock's.

Most people in PA do thier own birds ...In NY you have to have certified tester. you can call your cooperative extension or contact person for the class and dont give up.. keep Calling them they are all very busy this time of year and you need to be a little assertive to get your name in....
