Last ten report: 6 hatched, of the five on their side, only two. Of the five in a carton, four. One of those pipped wrong end so when it started zipping I laid it on its side to finish. All Swedish flower hens.

My old girl is setting on a bunch, shes being a poo head in not letting me count, I am guessing 16 eggs of all my breeds, as they continually lay them in the same box! So I will have a strange combination when and if they all hatch! should be pippin, about the 16th of this month. Cant wait. I realize those who breed for show chickens, and conformation may not fully appreciate my funny flock, I do love the diversity!!! So we will have, from the Americana, leghorn Roo.....combos of Red Stars, Marans,, a mille fluer bantam combo, seabright, and some other unknown mixed breed...and roos for the freezer Im sure.
