They're so precious! What mix are the Olive Eggers? I wonder if they'll be solid black adults or black/red, or something else...

Thank you! They are BCMarans covering EEs. I hatched a few in November, they now look like this:






The one in the background with the Copper Collar is the only female that colored that way, all the rest are variations of a very dark slate. I'm excited about the one in the top pic pinking up so much, I hope she lays soon.

Looks like the rest decided to hatch a day early. Ten in lockdown, two out, two pips.
I put five on their side and five in a carton, see if there is a difference. The ones on their side are now soccer balls.

WOW, they're beautiful! That girl on the top looks like she's got some 'tude! Make sure to post pictures, I would love to see their gorgeous eggs
