Pacific Northwest 101

The Twilight books sparked an interest in the PNW for me. I'd love to see your part of the world someday.

Why not? The business model has worked really well here. They're called "Rent-a-Ruminant". Think of it: you feed your goats for a few days on someone's land, they get a cleared field/lot, and the only gas that's used is that to get the goats there.

HIS sales pitch is "wont the grandkids love them!?" um sorry but I am not too keen on my goats getting tied to a tree in someone's town yard for a weekend, where they have access to who-knows-what Granny grows in her flower beds... My goats are lazy too, I picketed them over a week ago in some long grass and bushes/bracken and they ate the leaves off of ONE cottonwood sapling and then just ate a few mouthfulls of grass but its still all long and they just lay around ! Of course when its my garden they are ravenous beasts then!

They've used goats in Nashville to clear kudzoo from park areas. That stuff eats houses.

Like I said before, I noticed that people from the Seattle area have an accent, my aunt is visiting for the week and it makes me laugh hearing her talk. We are like 6 hours away but way different accents, haha. I have more of a country talk sometimes and most of the Seattle people have a weird fast techy accent, its hard to describe.

We have NO accent in Seattle, everyone else does though.
