So at least now you know the drivers aren't stealing your packages and you proved the boxes aren't being delivered where they claim to be! Yeah!
Are you going to bait the thief with an empty box to see if they try to steal it? Or maybe the box should have some rotten eggs? Something of value so they can be prosecuted?

Someone did a bait box once. They filled it with dog poop. Got it on camera of the thieves tossing it out the car window.

I have some cameras that are very similar to yours. Mine are low-glow. I have several different cameras and all take decent daytime pictures but nighttime pictures is another story. I did some tests with different cameras in the same spot and compared the pictures. The low-glow and the more IR LEDs gave me a much better nighttime pictures at a good distance. I caught a two legged thief. Also another acquaintance also caught the thief and pressed charges. The thief recently got out of jail but doesn't have a vehicle or license. My cameras are still running.

We already set up a bait-package and it was promptly stolen, sadly that was before we got the camera. The thief got a very large urine sample, nicely filled into two laundry detergent canisters…

My thief would usually come around 3 am. I stayed up a few nights but never saw the thief but did get the thief on camera.

We once left our property for a quick trip to the local hardware store in the afternoon (~5pm) and saw a package sitting on the rock, said ok we'll pick it up when we come back and it was gone just 20 minutes later. My suspicion is, we have an opportunist at work. Somebody coming home after work, seeing the package and just snatch it when nobody else is there.
