About the legs - chicks go thru SO many changes while growing up so it's quite possible the legs will be orange once they are mature. Like with my dewlap goslings when they hatch - as adults they have orange legs and bills but when they hatch their bills and legs are solid black....

It looks like they are all growing in Silver Laced wing feathers, even though the dark/cinnamon colored guy, Valentino, looks so different from the rest. Hmm. Oh well, they will be handsome roosters!! Thanks for the suggestions, everyone, I really appreciate it!

I'm considering ordering a few more ducklingssince I had the perfect number planned and one passed away in shipping. It's too bad you're all the way up north, or I'd be more than willing to split an order!
