And second and third generation should i always cross offspring e with my bantam gold male? Or cross offspring between themselves?

If I were you, I’d breed the tolbunt large fowl to the gold bantam and hatch enough so I could cull down to the best male and 5 females. Then I’d breed this group together and hatch every week for a few months. I’d cull out all the non mottled chicks and as they grow cull all the chicks that aren’t bantam size.

Probably not.
I have been breeding down the size of my Buckeye bantams for all 4 years that I’ve had them and they’re still not ideal.
And the breed was bred from bantam Rhode Island Red and bantam Cornish.

The difference is the variability of the respective groups being bred. Your Buckeye bantams are much more homogeneous than a large fowl bantam cross would be. The second generation of a large fowl bantam cross will be highly variable.
