I don't have a tried and true recipe to give you we just wing it when we make it. But I'll give you my ingredients. We just use a large frypan.
Rice (I use Jasmine)
Tomatoe sauce
sundried tomatoes
lots of chopped garlic
Saffron
olive oil
a little white wine
Rice (I use Jasmine)
vegi of the day (usually diced baby squash)
seafood of the day (mussels, clams, fish, sometimes crab or labster claws
more saffron
I make a sauce out of the first ingredients, then stir in the rice and get it coated, then pile the seafood/more saffron/vegis on top and cover until the shell fish open, a good stir and we are done. SURELY not authentic but adapted for a family kitchen! AND GOOD :0
