Page 7 update.. I make at Walmart every day! chickens on top of cake!

Yes I do things on the side, but usually just for family.
I did this one for my neighbors daughter, they are into drag racing, I also did rolled marsmallow chocolate died black fondant to make hoosier racing tires for the groom cake!!

mother of the bride wanted traditional and bride wanted drag racing!
I want to try to make a big chicken out of the fondant! that is my next goal~!

One year, maybe when I turned 21, don't remember anymore...my DH and MIL made me a cake. It was of the Grand Hotel on Mackinaw Island in MI. It looked just like the pic on the website here. It was 3-d, had all of the windows and pillars and everything. We went there for our honeymoon.

well that is cool! I love mackinaw island, I am originally from the U.P.!!! So, I am a Yooper! I know all about mackinaw island, the grand hotel is wonderful!!!! the whole island is great!!

I made a new wedding cake display today and wanted to share it, It was just going to be farm style, and corn stalks and corn, but then suddenly a chicken appeared.....and then another.....and before I knew it they were everywhere!!!
I am even considering making a hen and rooster on the top, hen with a veil and rooster maybe a little top hat?!!???!!!
They all think I am crazy!
