Paid for buff and splash silkie eggs ... hatched mystery colored ?

I ordered a set of 7 eggs from ebay half of them were supposed to be buff silkies and the others splash...


21 Days later, today I've got ....

They're super cute, but ... I thought only partridge colored chicks have the black spots ... and that splash silkies start off really light colored?
Did I get duped too? Or would they change later?

lesser quality buff hatch that colour.. it'll possibly grow to be buff with black tail, the other.. do they come from all splash pen or blue x blue?
