Painted eggs

I'm not sure this is the correct place but here it is. I have just resently started up a new hobbie of blowing chicken eggs and painting pictures on them. I then glue a penny to the bottom so it stands up or glue a ribbon loop to the top for hanging. I figure I'll sell them as Easter gifts or something. I was just wondering what I should set my price at, I was think $4 maybe? I think they are pretty good and I do custom pictures too. I'm trying to find a good way to use my abilities to supplement my poultry habits lol.

Looks great! What kind of paint/brush do you use?

I use acrylic paints and the smallest brush I can find lol. I have been contemplating coating the whole thing in some sort of sealer to make it more durable and shiny but I'm thinking I kind of like the plain egg look. Here are a couple more pictures of eggs I have done. When I paint them I usuallly do it freehand but if you aren't that confident you can lightly draw the picture first in pencil then paint over it or try it on paper first. One thing to remeber is to do the background first because it is easier to paint the subject over the background than paint the background around the main subject.

. Unfortunetly not one person locally has been interested

shipping is my only issue now if it would be worth it.
I'd like to see your eggs if anyone else trys it out.
