"Paired" Geese

If you buy a "Pair" of geese from a hatchery, are they male/female? It would make sense if they were, but I want to make sure. I had a choice from Ideal of having male, female, st run, or a pair. I chose the pair. They weren't marked or anything with which was which though.

A pair is a male and female goose, gosling. You can order a male and female from Cackle Hatchery, just incase you wanted to know.

Many places only sex goslings if you're ordering a pair, so they make sure you get one of each.
