Pale Chicken color on head black spots

I'm wondering if pale color is due to fungus. Should I treat with Tinactin (athletes foot cream). Also some other kind of spots.
Looking for guidance.

I don't know if you're talking about overall paleness or if there are white spots I can't see.

Your location gives some clues. It's helpful to know it. These chickens may be in molt if in certain parts of the world.

How old are these chickens?

I see no evidence of fungus on the combs. The paleness, absent lethargic, sick behavior, can signal molt or pullets who haven't reached point of lay.
