Pale comb and wattles??

Hi
My hens have gone from bright red combs to pale sickly pink comb and wattles in a matter of days. The one who has it the worst is not laying. They did have lice, but I think they are gone now. What can I do?

This happened to our chickens in the winter when it was cold and they couldn't free range. I would recommend giving them supplements like oyster shell and plenty of food and water. Also, do what you can to see that they are warm. If you don't think that that is the problem, then you may want to look for more symptoms that could point to a disease.
