Pale comb, dull feathers, no other symptoms

It is plenty warm in Eugene right now (91 degrees) but one of my hens is doing the same thing. It was broody last week and snapped out of it which explains the comb. I inspected it for notes but only found dust. She is definitely rough to touch and rather lackluster compared to other hens her breed in the coop. She isn’t laying either but that is because she was broody a few weeks ago.
 
It would be good to give her some Poultry NutriDrench or put some vitamins/electrolytes in her water for a couple of days. Then offer some chopped egg or tuna, and perhaps some wet chicken feed with a lot of water to build her up. Consider worming her with some Valbazen or SafeGuard.
