Pale combs and wattles...

Can anyone please tell me if these girls combs and wattles look pale? And if so, is this a sign of sickness? It seems to me that one of the BO has a brighter red comb than the other. Could it just depend on each chicken or is this a sign of sickness. Also I expected my PBR to have brighter red combs as well. They are 4 months old

A reddening of the comb, wattles is one of the signs of a pullet maturing. Less mature pullets will still retain the lighter colouring of comb. It's likely this is what you are seeing and most certainly nothing to worry about.
