Pale RIR that's sneezing

Our favorite girl isn't feeling well and I'm a new chicken mom so I need some advice/reassurance lol

Yesterday I brought her in and have her quarantined because she was making a rattling/crackling sound when she breathed. She was also sneezing and every once in a while would have a snot bubble come out. She is almost 6 months old, her comb, wattles, and ears are pretty pale, especially when she was out in the heat (we live in AZ and it's been HOT). I started her on Tylan50 and VetRX , I've also been giving her scrambled eggs and yogurt. Thankfully she is eating and drinking just fine and laid an egg this morning. Today her sneezing is far less frequent and the rattling sound is gone but she is still very pale

Look into Newcastle Disease, and into Infectious Bronchitis. Not saying that is your answer but those are both common chicken ailments and in both cases rattling or rales is a common symptom.
