Pale wattle with little scratches???

So I'm new to raising chickens. And today I noticed that one of my chicken's wattles was considerably paler than it has been and there are a few tiny scratches on the one side. Now coincidentally, today we also got our first two eggs from them (they're about 4 months old and I have four hens total). Could it be related to egg laying or is there something else going on here?

Looks like she might have gotten into a fight. If they aren't getting enough nutrients then laying a egg can make her comb paler.

ok, that was my suspicion. I went out yesterday and bought some oyster shell. her color looks a bit better today. thank you!
