PALLET COOP

I'm finally just about finished. I hung the swing and feeder bucket and set up the ramp. On the right, you can't see it in these but I did a roost in the run as well. Behind the camera I built a grazing box and planted some seeds today. Behind the camera as well I have a couple pallets that I plan to make a compost bin..need a couple more pallets still

That's probably it for the build. I have a few small these left to do....moving around some dirt outside the coop to cover the HC, nail the edges of some of the HC to keep it kid safe (and me safe since I keep scratching myself. I still need to buy bedding and food and probably an emergency medicine kit. But the day I get the chickens is 2 weeks from tomorrow so I'm pretty excited and ready to go.

Will be starting our own pallet coop this week, I managed to get about 100 pallets given to me. We will be building a new bunny barn as well. Any tips or advice ? I've built dog houses and country décor but never any thing this big,,,,

Sorry, wish I had seen this earlier. Hope the coop production went well. For me, my two main things were: Its not going to be and doesnt have to be perfect. I'm a perfectionist and hate uneven lines, etc. But with pallets being all sorts of different shapes and sizes, especially when its free, just deal with it and finish the puzzle haha. The other was definitely to use a sawzall to cut the nails. So much easier.
how did yours go?
