Hi! I hope if you make a pallet coop, you can share pictures with us! In your climate, using pallet wood and building something like a Suscovich-style tractor might work.

We used something similar for quite awhile with cattle panels arched as a roof. It worked well, but we get too cold here too use a coop like that year-round.
