Pallets from TSC?

I've heard people mention that they have gotten them from there.

Were they free? How much have people paid for them?

I think a pallet coop would look really cool, but I've already spent like $600 for the 2 we have, so I need a freebie. lol.

there are always free pallets somewhere. Never pay for them. If TSC doesn't give them to you, just ask around. Nearly every company from grocery stores to manufacturing gets stuff in on pallets. IF they don't pay a deposit and have to return to shipper/origin - then it costs to dispose of them. So always ask. DH's work gets both kinds, freebies to take home all day long, and specialty pallets and crates that are returned.

The TSC we always get them from lets us take them. They dont care. There are 2 distinct piles tho. The ones with painted bord ends they keep stacked against the building are a no go( I think the feed suppliers might own them or reuse them) but the nice fresh wood ones they stack by the dumpster are fair game( I believe theese are the ones used to ship equiptment and hardware. Just talk to one of the outside employees and make sure
