Years ago I was given a Pampered Chef Stoneware Roaster. It has a round base ( thats not very deep) and a round cover....I have never used it....I was wondering if anyone has used one for cooking a chicken or Roast?....Could you tell me how you did it?Is there different cooking times ?heat?.....I have pampered Chef stoneware that I use all the time ...but dont have one clue on how to use that roaster...Merci
