Pancake Mix

I have couple of boxes of Pancake mix that we are not going to eat I was thinking of giving to my chickens.

Pancake mix in it's dry state is not really something they are going to be too inclined to eat - and it's powdery form makes it hard to eat even if they were so inclined. If you are motivated enough to prepare some pancakes for them with it they will enjoy them - but two boxes is going to produce quite a lot of pancakes so it wouldn't be something you could do and feed at one time (freezing is an option).
If I may ask - is there a reason you want to give it to your flock? Is it in a state that makes it unfit for human consumption?
