Pancakes + Chickens = Hilarious

My birds love pancakes too. If I have any batter left I cook the left over for them.

I always make a little extra pancake batter so the chickens can have a pancake or two. I usually hand feed them. They love 'em and the cross beak rooster can get a good mouthful.

Thought that I had made too much bread pudding for Christmas until I tossed a small piece to the girls. It just dissipeared,so I went inside and brought out the rest of it. Well no more leftover bread pudding and some very happy chickens.

My kids like homemade oatmeal pancakes so you KNOW those girlies are going to get the extras.....and yes, I purposely make extra batter just so I can fry up some pancakes for the girlies.
