Let it be. The little guy is probably in a rush and accidentally pipped early. It will likely be the last to hatch. When it bleeds in a pip, they tend to know to stop and wait. It should have enough yolk to last it for 23-24 days past the start of incubation. Likely it's yolk isn't adsorbed yet either.

I agree, leave it be. It may heal and hatch later. (Day 18 is still really early for it to be hatching anyway) Either way, there's nothing you can do at this point, so just leave it be.

I agree to leave it alone. There's nothing you can do about it except give it time.

I agree to let it be. You certainly don't want to open your incubator because you can shrink wrap your eggs. We learned this the hard way over the weekend and had to help 5 of our last little chicks.
