Panting and bumblefoot and green poo

I’ve treated ethel for bumblefoot since Thursday. She still laying. And had been eating and drinking . Today she’s not eating and drinking and had begun panting all afternoon.,, she was limping late Wednesday and now will only walk to get in coop at night. Her poop has been green and runny . But is looking some better. I’ve given save a chick and acv in water. What else can I do to help her?

Hold a small bowl,of water up to her beak. Mix some chicken feed with water and a little scrambled egg, and offer that. I would separate her in a wire dog crate near food and water. In the morning, offer fluids as often as possible. She may be dehydrated or overheated. Cooling her feet in tepid water can help if she is too hot.
