Panting chicken in closed coop

My chicken is slightly panting in the coop with door closed and locked but I'm afraid something will get them if I don't close the door. Will she be ok? I put water in the coop

Does she have any ventilation?

There is slight gaps between the boards

You need 1 square feet of ventilation per bird at a minimum. Cracks between the boards is nowhere near enough. If you don't have proper ventilation, your birds can have respiratory issues and they can overheat in summer
