My flock has mycoplasma. I am currently treating with Tylosin in the water, which I've done before.

But I have one hen, age three, who is panting even when not in a hot environment. I currently have her in a 76 degree house, still panting. I've seen panting in my hens before during a mycoplasma attack but it is just this one now. She did have some small bubbles in her eye a day ago, which disappeared.

Is there something else I can do? Could this be something else?

She is eating well, active, crop feels fine. Laying regularly.

How is she doing?

Did she lay an egg today? What's her poop like?

Is she drinking the water with the Tylosin in it? You can try sweetening the water a little if she's not drinking the medicated water very well to see if it helps, I wonder if she's dehydrated. You can stir in some Karo Syrup to sweeten or use some fruit juice as a substitute for part of the water to make it more palatable.
