3 weeks old now, we raised it up and its 75 now and she's stopped panting and the other seem fine, thanks !How old are they now?
I have one duckling that was doing the same.. I read somewhere that I may be they had a blocked nostril. I tried a paint tray with water but they didnt have much room.. and I couldnt add the water at the temp I wanted... so I put them both in my tub (I used a thermometer to make sure the temp was right for their age) not with a lot of water (they could still stand) but enough for them to really dunk their heads and clean everything out. I made a makeshift ramp so if the wanted out of the water they could. I also gave them some feed in there. I only did this for a little while maybe 5 mins or so. I had a towel to dry them off a bit and put them directly back in the brooder under the lamp.Is this panting? She does it once and a while, but will sit under the heater, instead of at the other cooler side of the pen, and the other two ducklings dont do this. (Also i cleaned their pen out 2 hours ago, they are just extra messy, I will be cleaning it again in an hour lol)

They loved it and she stopped panting. I try to do it once a day. I'm a newbie and I'm not sure if everyone will agree with this, but it worked for our ducklings. Like I said.. watch your temps.. dry them off promptly.. and put them under the lamp. I read they chill easily... and make sure you supervise them because they dont have feathers and cant "swim" IView attachment 2100736'll try to post a pic.
