I have two containers of expired cream of tartar.
I don't even know what the hell it's used for.

You can make an energy drink with it,

Glass of orange juice with a 1/4tsp salt and a 1/4tsp cream of tartar

it works wonders

Used to but now I just mix ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground allspice and ground ginger.

Google says - 'stabilizing agent for baking, and cleaning agent for brass and copper." Yeah, I'll be trying that in my baking.

Cream of tartar is used in meringue and other baked goodies!!!!! Now I remember why it was always in the pantry when I was growing up!!!!!!
