Papa Hen From Eastern PA has arrived

Hi All,

6 chicks in the hen house in the suburban backyard. Most are healthy and female....one is smaller than the others and walks about like a drunken sailor, and another of the "hens" is developing what I believe are spur buds.... sigh. No roosters allowed in our community (nor public drunkenness for that matter).

So far they are a real treat.
