PARAKEETS

I'm a bird lover and woul;d love to get some parakeets! The problem is that we dont want noisy birds in the house.So, I was wondering if I could build a coop for them here in middle tn.I really need some help with this idea.

you can if you heat it. budgies come from Australia and they like it warm. also they can and will get mites outside just FYI. good luck.
if you want a quiet bird try a canary female! not male!
