Paralyzed 4 month old pullets

Okay, so yours are on only chick crumbles, no scratch or very minimal "treats"?

I'd get some Poultry Cell and put that in all of their water every other day. For that one, if muscular issues are present, I'd also do B-complex daily. If not bantam, it could have a half of one if you have some or pick some up.
Added B complex in water. Was giving treats as chick didn't seemto like boring crumbs. Thought it was good thing... Giving worms, sunflower seeds, egg...

Hmmm was getting more than minimal treats. Meal worms and some scratch...
Some would say chicks under 6 weeks should not have anything but their chick crumbles. We cheat and give a little scrambled eggs at around 4-5 weeks.

I'd cut the scratch out until they're older, and even when they're adults, keep it so it's a treat, and not a meal. A few worms per bird are fine, but those are hugely full of fat too, so try keep those down too.

Do yours get grit?

No grit was given yet. He was on the ground though where little stones like grit available. But don't know if that ok source. I gave an egg and from about that time things went downhill. But other chick was getting same and so far ok

They probably are getting grit that way. You'd be seeing crop issues if they weren't getting any though as they can't process it without grit.

That one chick developing symptoms could be the first one and more may show up later. It's good for them all if you stop the scratch, try the wet crumbles as they'll think that's a treat, and some scrambled eggs now and then for treats. Try this as well as your vitamin supplements, and you should start seeing improvement in that one, and all of them might actually look a little better, as in feather development, etc.

Thank you. Will do that. Chick alert and eating and drinking. Missing company tho. And can't walk 😕

Could you put one of the others with it? The B should start showing some improvements soon.
Hmmm you see we had two hens with one chick each. One hen of this sick baby abandoned it. Another one is super broody still. They are same age, i tried to put them together without hen as they fully feathered and know iw how to eat, but mother won't give up. She wanted her baby back. And I was afraid to put sick chick with her as she may not accept and hurt sick baby
