Paranoid mama worried about her duck

Hello everyone. My rouen duck is around 3 months old and is quite big. Way bigger than my pekin and black swedish. She grew suddenly in a week eventhough she was the weak one. She is unable to quack too. Any idea if this growth is normal. She looks like an adult duck already.

“she” is probably a drake, drakes are quiet and don’t really quack

Maybe a mixed breed drake? Unless it’s a weirdly colored Rouen. I don’t know enough about all the rare colors and phases.
If it’s not quacking it’s probably a drake

I'm shook. All this time I thought my duck was a female. I even named it coco. Also I meant it sounds like a duckling still.
