Parasite in egg possible

I cracked open a egg and found what looked like a parasite it was about half inch long. I noticed
my chicken poo was changing color. it is pudding textured and a butterscotch color. i noticed my rooster also has lost alot of weight. i have more than one chicken coop. in the other one im starting to see the same signs. only i seen black poo once in there. now the poo is becoming watery. any kind of info would be appreciated.

Anything in the egglaying factory can wind up enclosed in an egg. It is extremely rare, but certain worms can find their way up there. My guess is that what you found was a roundworm. The first link shows a picture of this.
