Pardon me while I whine

The organic AVC really helps me with joint pain.. A big tall glass of water with a few ounces of AVC and some honey.. Yummy.. Also better circulation and less joint pain.

Just watch how much you drink, it can thin your blood and lower your platelet levels, also lower your good cholesterol, but noting is going to stick in your arteries with regular use of AVC anyway..

Have you considered a pro biotic such as Kombucha? Get the benefits of the vinegar, plus the pro biotic advantage..

I am actually taking a probiotic. I can't remember the name. It's the one my physician's assistant recommended. I really like her as she is very willing to explore alternative remedies. I'm also taking a B vitamin complex, a multivitamin and cinnamon capsules. Oddly enough, those always make me burp about half an hour after a take them. Very strange.

I'll start the ACV tomorrow. I have regular, but not the organic. I'm assuming that the Kroger brand is no good.

I'm anemic due to the crohns. ACV isn't going to make that worse is it?

No vitamin D3? I'm taking 5,000 IUs of that a day, plus the vitamin B complex. Not sure about the B yet, just started. It's looking like my body may not tolerate it.

Best check with the doc or research it. I do not think so, it does not mess with the reds blood cells or iron. (I wished it did, as I have the opposite problem... too much iron..

By the way I can not take B vitamins they make me burp and make me nauseous. Not a big fan of supplements personally.. Would rather get them from natural foods..
