So I have quail that will sit on their eggs but, I'm having issues with the adults. Any advice on parent raising chicks safely would be appreciated!

It really depends on the parents. My male and female took care of the one chick that they hatched. Only one of 6 eggs hatched.
I have had folks tell me that the adults attacked the chicks as soon as they hatched and killed them and some that just remove them to an incubator on day 14-15 just to be safe. I would at least watch them closely and have a brooder set up and ready with food, water and heat of course just incase.
Keep us posted. and Good Luck
