I have a cockatoo, and 2 small conures. I have been dumping their used up seed and pettets into a coffee can and giving it to the wild birds in my yard. Can I give it to my chickens?
 
I would. You can also sprout those seeds. The indoor birds and the outdoor birds will both love it.
