My chicken has a partial egg hanging from her bum. I don't know if this is an emergency or if it will sort itself out next time she lays an egg??? I found the shell in the coop, so somehow the egg is still hanging on? She doesn't seem to care...

I would gently pull the egg parts out of her vent. A human calcium tablet with D3 could be be helpful if she is suffering a calcium deficiency or having a one time problem. Are you feeding layer feed and providing crushed oyster shell in a separate container?
