Partial paralysis in newborn chick

I recently inherited some chicks from a nearby college lab and supposedly the humidity was not properly attended to in the last days of incubation so very few hatched. One that did however, seemed slow to perk up and seemed to be hobbling along. Now, at 4-5 days, he’s eating fine, but he can’t put any weight on one leg and it seems to spasm of its own accord when he’s standing still. Is this a result of prolonged popping (hatching)? Also, his wings seems small and slow to develop. I’m wondering if he’s gonna make it.

How the heck did you get free chicks at a nearby college? And how many did you get?

Awww! Possibly it's a bit deformed and might not survive? If it's eating and drinking I'd give it more time.
