Partridge Frizzle mix???

I also have a question. I have a red frizzled cocin bantam but it has 5 toes but on one foot it only has 4 claws/nails. It alo has normal frizzled feathered no sizzle feathers. what causes this?? (sorry for momentaraly hi-jacking.)

Are the legs clean or feathered? Frizzle is not a breed of chicken. There is some silkie in that chick. The frizzling could have come from any mix of bird that carries the gene for frizzling. I have several frizzled birds that are mutts, and now you have one too!

They are feathered. This little chick is very sweet!

cochins are usually the ones who are frizzled. Polish also, but u can get about any breed frizzled. Urs may be a Sizzle. Which is a frizzle cochin mixed with a silkie. And urs just didnt get the silkie feathers

It's for sure frizzled - if it has black skin I'd say yes part silkie. Beautiful baby! If you don't want it I do
