Partridge Rock Roo or Pullet. Help!

Help! I have an opportunity to buy a Partridge Rock pullet but I'm afraid she looks a little roo-ish to me. It is 12 weeks old. The comb seems large but the tail and cackle feathers are rounded? Just a fast developer or a rooster? This is the last one so I can't compare with the others.
