Partridge Silkie? Or some mix? We got the hatching eggs from a breeder with very good lines, so so i am very confused. Unless he/she was mixed up with the other eggs in my incubator.

I hate to tell you this but you better contact that breeder. I see alot of chicks in there that are definitely not silkies:(

The striped baby is an Ameraucana bantam of some sort. Also did you order all Silkies? If so, you only managed to get 3 (2 Black & 1 Partridge).

You also have, from what I can tell, a Light Brahma and a Golden Sebright. I have no clue on the 4 larger black ones. They look like they might even be standards! How many eggs did you order from the seller? Maybe the other chicks are "filler eggs" that she packed with the ones you payed for?

Where did you get the other eggs in the incubator that this little one was in with? Were they yours or a breeders? how many silkie eggs did you order? Just for me getting the eggs mixed up is an easy thing to do! LOL But that def. is not a Silkie but ohhhh so cute!

Yeah. I had bantam Americaunas in with it. The person i got them from payed me a visit at there fair where the chicks were displayed, and she said it was one of the banty americuanas from the other breeder! haha Mixing the eggs up are so easy >.< Its so hard to keep the chick with their egg when they are all hatched at once!!!
