Partridge Silkies - Nothing else

I have three Partridge boys available :) They are from Hattrick lines I may also be selling the pair/trio they come from. I am planning on expanding another color and dont have enough room for so many colors. Are you on my Ca. Silkie group on facebook?? If not please join! https://www.facebook.com/groups/californiasilkies/
I tried to join your group but it is a "closed" group.

I would love to get any or all of your partridge silkies (depending on $) but that's only if my DH is willing to let me drive up. I'm surprised nobody on CL has bought them yet, but glad!

It's just 3.5 hours so definitely a possibility. (I'm the person who is adopting "any day now" but wants to resume silkie breeding after we pick up the baby.) By the way, what direction/colors are you planning to work on?

I know what you mean. I wanted some birds from Kentucky. It was awesome though i ended up finding some close by and they had ordered their birds from Kentucky. I think from the same people. But if Cali chick buys from you then maybe I can get some eggs from her :) Then I only have to drive an hour!
At least you are in Ca!!! lol! Seems like every time I find something I want it is in Michigan or Virginia.. someplace about as far away as it can get lol! I have spent a lot in shipping!

So...keep me in mind if you buy feathersprings breeding pair. I would love a few eggs :)

I mostly hatch silver partridge. Every once in awhile I get a partridge because my rooster carried both the silver gene and the gold gene. Sadly he died last month

I'm hatching my last eggs from him now. I'm hoping for one more partridge girl.
This was him...I never took a good pic of him. This is from when he was molting. But he made pretty babies.
Im sorry, Im glad you have some eggs though ...

I will for sure keep you in mind. Where exactly are you located?

Whenever people have bought my silkie chicks, I always feel like I am sharing a bit of happiness. That might sound weird, but seriously everyone has (so far) left my house thrilled with their new babies.....even the "culls" that had not-so-perfect toes or a touch of autosmal red. As a matter of fact, people often like the more colorful chicks over the pure colors. Of course everyone loves Cinnamuffin, with her pretty brown penciling and huge bonnet crest...........she's just so pretty.

Actually I never ended up listing them lol! I was still trying to decide what I was going to do. Just yesterday did I "sort of" commit to the change lol! I may have a few chicks as well.. not sure just what is gong to hatch in one hatch.. didnt mark the eggs. They are either white or partridge ( well there are some of each im sure)just didnt mark what pen i got them out of. I havent priced the pair yet, there might be a rooster and 2 hens but one of the hens is sort of one of my buddies lol! havent decided if Im letting her go yet... .. Need to figure that out... the boys will surely be reasonable as well as chicks.

How is the adoption going ??? How exciting for you!!!

I am going to concentrate on my Blacks and have some Splash as well I want to breed. I dont have tons of space so have to make hard choices sometimes.
