Pennie, everything is good here, but not looking forward to tomorrow it gets back into the 100s again. UGH. all weekend at that!

We had a nice early morning here today, but it's breaking 100* again here later.

I need to take some pics of my "Partridge Family". Now, to figure out how to get them all to stand still, and not jump off the table! They are 3+ weeks now, and color is starting to come in!

My Marans chicks freeze, and I can pose them like Gumby dolls. The Silkies...not so much.

Penne we are doing okay here but very hot. Everyone us sitting by their fans and taking it easy. My 4 survivors are recovering well but still not ready to face this heat all day yet. They are however becoming very spoiled...well moreso than they already were. I feel like the housekeeper at a hotel. LOL. Carry them out to the front porch playpen, serve them a hot breakfast, clean their room and sanitize everything, deliver ice water, carry them back inside and serve them dinner and then tuck them in. Hahahaha

Here they were getting settled in for sleep...the fourth ended up getting into the sink because her butt is too for the edge. Hahahaha

I have 4 partridges, they are just 4 weeks today, I love to see the pics, Im excited to see what they are going to look like, I also have 3 white and 3 black, one chick was white now turning into a partridge, I thought it was going to be a blue, but changing everyday

Ya know I have been amazed really because they do not make much of a mess at night. They actually have 1 spot on the puppy pads on the floor that they use and a couple little places in the sink. My chicks mess up their brooder 100 times more than these guys do a bathroom.
