ive knotice that some breeder have lovely hens and some breeders have lovely cocks that why im asking i to agree that it is required at least in this color

I'm not seeing any of the partridge stripes down their backs. How old are they? To me they do not resemble partridge babies at all. Sorry, I'm not sure what they look like.

This chick did not have chipmonk markings either (the egg was marked partridge). It was just shades of gold and brown. Now it looks blue and buff. It's five weeks old in this picture. Is it a partridge?

On those notes. I have a hen line in my Partridge. I get all girls, have only hatched 3 boys EVER!!!! Now saying that.....I'll probably never hatch another girl again! lol

He looks a little more like a partridge, but can't be sure. He could just be buff with a lot of what they call smut. That's just a term used for mixed color. He looks more partridge than the others though.
