The Eggs were past 25 days this was my first go at incubating eggs, When originally had 6 eggs, one had a rather Hard Gel texture, and a small formation, 3 had barley anything inside and 2 had very identifiable parts, Head, Beak, wings and feet... What could have been the causes of this and how could i fix the issue?

hmm... I have no idea about the "rather hard gel texture" I've never seen anything like that. Did the 3 that "had barely anything" have definate formations? Could you see small embryos? And how large were the 2 with "very identifiable parts". Look at the link at the bottom for size comparison to give me an idea of how old they are, if you find a similar sized embryo, count how many pictures in.

The ones that did not develop were about 5-6 pictures in the video around the thirty second mark, And the two that were developed were around the 1:30 second mark of the video.
Thank you

Well it sounds like a problem with the incubater if they didn't even finish developing. Like tempature, did it ever go out of wack? Some incubators do that and you have to keep an eye on it, could have gotton to hot at some point killing most of the embryos. Or also improper egg turning, they should be turned 3 times a day by hand, or an automatic egg turner should be used. A less common one, but inproper ventalation (I've never seen this). I also read that there are certain diseases like different salmonelloses that also the embryo to develope but will kill it before it hatches in earlier stages of developement. If the 2 more fully formed chicks hatch internally (which I assume not) they could have drowned from humidity. What incubator do you have? What were your tempatures? Sorry I couldn't be more help.

You were perfect help! Actualy i made one and for about 18 days the chickens were in it, it was a massive efluxuation about 106 highest and i immeditley cooled it down. About after that i changed to a still air incubator, I put a new batch in it it is 55% humidity and usualy stays at 100* sometimes 1* up or down in temp. Im guessing that will be the big help also i am going to the store today to purchase a egg turner.
