Pasteurizing Egg?

Do any of you pasteurize your eggs? When making mayo in one recipe it was suggested. Have you ever used Hydrogen Peroxide to pasteurize them? If so what percentage and for how long?
I will not feed my family store-bought mayonnaise so I make my own frequently. I do NOT pasteurize my eggs. When making mayonnaise, I use eggs laid that day and wash the outside of the egg before cracking it (when storing eggs for other uses, I collect them as soon as possible after they are laid so they are clean and then I keep them in an egg skelter on the counter and I do not wash the bloom/cuticle off).
